Ooootay! I forgot I had this training blog! I guess I should put it back to good use huh??
So I am training for a marathon...still. I have had several set backs in my training but I am getting better!!
Right now my longest run has been 10 miles and it took me a little over and hour and a half. I have been running on the treadmill a lot because it is COLD!!! Okay...that is about it.
